Trailer Hitch and Wheelchair Carrier Recommendation for 2007 Chevy Equinox
Question:
do you have a wheelchair carrier for one that is 450 lb,s claee 3 on a chev equinox 2007

Helpful Expert Reply:
We have hitch mounted wheelchair carriers like the Flint Hill Goods part # FHG77ZR which has a 500 lb capacity and a 48 inch long ramp that folds up. This carrier weighs 80 pounds.
Then for a trailer hitch confirmed as a fit for your 2007 Chevy Equinox we have the etrailer part # e98865 which has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity. This can be increased 400 pounds with a weight distribution system.
This hitch does not have the ability to carry your 450 pound wheelchair on the 80 pound carrier, furthermore, I am not sure that your Chevy Equinox will have the capacity to do so either.
