How to Fix Leaky Sewer Hose Connectors
Question:
Im having problems with different brands of sewer hose connectors leaking at the connection point. Are these connectors not common? If not what brand seems to work the best?

There is always going to be some degree of tolerance for sewer fittings from and within different manufacturers. It will be best to use the same brands but it is not necessarily a rule. Most of the time, a leak occurs form the lack of a sealant like part # A05-0303 on threaded connections or a bad o-ring inside the spigot or bayonet fittings. The majority of our sewer connectors and adapters are from Camco and Valterra. We have found the two to work well together assuming the above is performed.
If you have a specific part or adapter that is leaking, please let me know what that is and I would be happy to offer replacement options.
