I HAVE A 2017 THOR COMPASS, MODEL 23TR, WITH A REAR SLIDE-OUT. THE TIRES ARE 195/75R16C, WITH ABOUT 27.5inch DIAMETER. WILL THIS CARRIER MOUNT AND STILL ALLOW THE REAR SLIDE-OUT TO OPEN?

On the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195225 the part that remains upright when the spare tire is tilted down measures 12-1/8 inches tall from the top of the receiver opening. If you measure from the top of your hitch receiver opening to the bottom of the slide-out and it is greater than 12-1/8 inches then there will not be any interference.

Yep, you're 100 percent on the money, Al. The 200 lb tongue weight capacity is only for what is put in the receiver and does NOT count the weight of the spare tire and the carrier itself for the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier #RM-195125.
