Question:
I need a bungee cargo net for my 4 x 8 utility trailer. Is the size listed for the cargo nets the unstretched size or is it the maximum stretched size? Im not sure what size I need to get.

The size listed on the product page for the CargoSmart Cargo Net, # CS54FR is 36 inches x 48 inches un-stretched. All of our cargo net sizes are un-stretched unless otherwise indicated. This net would most likely be just a bit too small for your utility trailer.
I would recommend one of the following two cargo nets.
Spidee Stretchable Cargo Net, # EM01018, which is 60 x 72 Inches un-stretched and would be good if you do not stack things too high.
And finally, the HitchMate StretchWeb Cargo Net, # HE4254 which is 48 x 72 inches un-stretched and would be a good choice if things do not get stacked above your attachment points often.
