For your 2009 Toyota Tundra Limited, you can have a 5th wheel setup but it does require a rotating pin box like a Sidewinder or Revolution.

I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50084-58 along with the Reese M5 Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30928 and the custom wedge # SWW-01.
