How Water Resistant is the Access TonnoSport Tonneau Cover?

How water proof/resistant is this cover?

The Access TonnoSport Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A22030239 is water resistant. It is not water proof as water can find its way in through the rails or stake pockets. The tarp/cover will repel water and the Velcro system will keep it tight so you won't have standing water on your cover.
