Yes, the 2013 and 2014 Toyota Matrix Roof Rack by Rhino Rack # DS126B and # DK185 will work with and fit the Thule Portage Canoe Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # TH819. The kit includes everything that you will need to secure your canoe, it has a 150-lb capacity. The # TH819 has a spread range of 24" - 36".

This is a side-loading option. You may need to get a little help lifting the canoe up on the roof. But once it is installed properly it is one of the better canoe carriers that we have to offer.
