We have several roof rack options for your 2015 Nissan Pathfinder with a naked roof, and these can be seen on the page I linked for you. Please note that all of these racks have 59-inch crossbars.

I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex black bar system made of parts # RRVA150B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK407. This racks offers a high 165-lb weight capacity, aerodynamic elliptical bars that will make less noise than most other shapes and it offers excellent compatibility with rooftop carriers. For a canoe carrier I suggest the Swagman Exo Aero # S65145 which can mount at the outside end of the bars to save space.

If your large 35-inch-wide Yakima Skybox NX 16 cargo box # Y95AV interferes with the canoe you can switch to a narrower box like the Skybox 12 # Y07334 which is only 24-inches wide.

Keep in mind that the total combined weight of your canoe, cargo box and its contents cannot exceed the 165-lb rack weight rating.
