Should Hitch Support Strap be Used with Rhino Rack Dual Trekker and Curt Trailer Hitch

With the Rhino rack dual trekker, are you able to attach the hitch support strap? Is the strap needed?

If you were using the Rhino Rack Dual Trekker 2 part # RRRBC048 in a Curt hitch that requires the use of a stabilizer strap like # 18050 then you will need to be sure to use the strap. It gets interesting using the strap on racks like this since there isn't a center bar that runs up the center of the rack. What I would recommend is wrap the strap around the hinge base of the rack.
