The best option that we have is using a Trailer Valet XL. We have part # TVXL2 which comes with a 2" hitch ball or part # TVXL25 which comes with a 2-5/16" hitch ball. These have a manual crank which make moving your trailer by hand much easier. Both options have a 1,000 lb tongue weight rating and come with a drill bit piece so that you can use a powered drill.

A step down from that is the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack # STC-V211 which is the same idea except that it mounts directly to the trailer frame and only have a tongue weight capacity of 500 lbs. You operate this one manually as well but if you want to use your powered drill the bit is sold separately # TVDA .

The most economic option is the Rack'Em Trailer Dolly # RA20. This is a completely manual option that has a 500 lb weight rating. The only problem is that the hitch ball has a 1-7/8" diameter so it may not fit the coupler on your boat trailer.

Attached are some review videos that you can check out for further comparisons.
