The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3700 referenced in your question, which is confirmed to fit your 2016 GMC Sierra 3500 if you have the factory rail kit and 8 foot bed, features a hitch height that can be adjusted from 16-3/4 inches to 18-3/4 inches. To see if this will allow you to tow your Keystone Fuzion level, you will just want to take a quick measurement from the trailer king pin to the bottom of the bed on your Sierra. If the measurement you take is within the hitch height measurements on the Companion, then this will work perfectly. Also note that most trailer pin boxes can also be adjusted vertically, if needed.

I have attached a short video demonstration on the Companion that you can check out. I have also attached a link that will take you to our available selection of fifth-wheel hitches confirmed to fit the factory pucks on your Sierra 3500. You can look at the facets on the left side of the page to filter through the different height settings for the available hitches.
