We do have the fifth wheel style of 7-way wiring you are looking for that is confirmed as a fit for your 2002 Ford F-350.
For that you'd want the part # 41157. This plugs inline with the 7-way you have at the rear of your vehicle to give you an additional connector to install in the bed of the truck up by the wheel well. This is a confirmed fit for your truck as well.
I attached an install video for this kit on a similar 2003 Ford F-350 as yours as well.
