Recommended Swivel Jack with Smallest Bolt On Bracket

I am looking for a swivel trailer jack that bolts on an has a small bracket. Ideally, 3x4 inches or smaller. Do you have anything like that? Thanks

The Fulton F2 Swing-Up, Wide-Track Trailer Jack, 8" Single Wheel, Sidewind, Bolt-On - 1,600 lbs # F1413040134 is the closest thing we have to that small bracket. It have mounting holes that are are 3-1/2 inches on center vertically. Left to right they are 4-1/2 inches on center. The bolt holes are 1/2 inch in diameter and this jack is a fit for 3x3 and 3x4 inch trailer tongues.

We have many bolt on jacks that will fit these sizes, however the brackets are larger.
