Can I use this with a thule bike rack?

You can use the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount, part # D210, with a Thule bike rack that fits a 2 inch receiver. The ball mount receiver has a high enough tongue weight capacity at 350 pounds to handle the weight of the rack plus the bikes, and the drawbar has a total tongue weight capacity of 750 pounds.
It will provide a rise of 4-3/4 inches above the top of the receiver opening on the hitch. It will help with bottoming out on vehicles that have low ground clearance.
