The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76112 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Toyota Sienna. We have confirmed this with Draw-Tite.

This is a Class III trailer hitch with a 2" receiver opening. It has a 3,500 lb Gross Trailer Weight (GTW) rating and a 525 lb Tongue Weight (TW) rating but you need to check your owner's manual to see what the weight capacities of your Sienna are. If they are lower then they will be the restriction and you need to keep from exceeding them.

Unless you are pretty comfortable working on vehicles I recommend having a shop install this hitch for you as it is pretty involved. Draw-Tite has rated the difficulty a 9 out of 10. I have linked an installation video on a 2017 Sienna for you to reference.
