To install a fully functional 7-Way connector from the existing 4-Way on your Toyota Tundra, you will just need to use the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7. This kit includes everything needed to install the 7-Way, along with the additional wiring needed to install a trailer brake controller on your truck. I have attached a great article that details all of the installation steps for this kit that you can take a look at. I have also attached an image that will give you a good snapshot of what the wiring will look like between the 7-Way, brake controller, and your existing 4-Way.
Once you have the 7-Way installed, you will just need the brake controller itself so you can power the brakes on the trailers you will be towing. For this, I highly recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885. This is a great, proportional controller that will activate the trailer brakes at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in your Tundra. It features an easy-to-read digital display, 3 boost levels, and continuous diagnostics that will alert you to any potential issues.
I have also attached the written manual for this brake controller that you can look through.
