It sounds like the Replacement Shackle Link with Bolts # 018-026-05 that you referenced is what you are needing. It comes with the shackle and wet bolts that have a grease zerk fitting installed on them. This kit is compatible with the following heavy duty Dexter Axle suspension kits:

Kit - # K71-359-00
Kit - # K71-360-00
Kit - K71-448-00
Kit - # K71-449-00
Kit - K71-453-00

Does E-Trailer offer a shackle kit like. K71-358-00 , but with the 018-026-05 shackle and corresponding 2-1/4 clamp bar, bushings and nuts?

We don't. For a complete kit like the part # K71-358-00 you need 2 of the Shackle Link # 018-026-05, 2 of the # 018-024-01, 2 of the # 126B2, 4 of the bushing # D014-077-00, and 6 of the Flange Nut # 006-092-01.
