Specs for the 2012 Palomino 4127Y pop-up camper trailer indicate a 13-inch wheel size fitted with a Load Range D tire. The camper's gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR), which is the sum of the dry weight of 2404-lbs plus the maximum payload capacity of 1148-lbs, is 3552-lbs.

In your 13-inch tire size and in the radial construction you prefer we can offer you the Load Range D tire # AM10210, a pair of which can handle a load of up to 3220-lbs. Note this tire has an M speed rating, meaning it is good up to 81-mph.

If you want to consider a bias ply type tire then you have the option to use the Kenda # AM1ST79, which is a tire in size ST185/80-13 that has a weight rating (for a pair) of 3420-lbs, a bit closer to the trailer's GVWR. This too has an M speed rating.

For any tire you choose, always inflate to the maximum COLD psi pressure shown on the tire sidewall, and always observe the rated weight and speed limits for those particular tires. The two linked articles on trailer tires may be of interest.
