Recommended Wiring Adapter for European Vehicle Side 7-way to US 4-Way Trailer or Accessory

Hello etrailer - I have a thule bike rack with wiring that goes into my Audi q5 fitted with a European 7 pin outlet. I would like to obtain an adaptor to get this bike rack wiring to connect to a trailer with a standard US flat 4 plug. Alternatively, do you have an adaptor that can covert a US flat 4 plug Audi Q5 2017 to EU 7-pin? Reason being, I am moving to the US from Germany. I drive an Audi q5 in Germany EU 7-pin and intend to buy an Audi q5 in US flat 4 plug and am hoping to use the same bike rack in both Audi Q5 in germany and US Can you Help? Thank you.

We only have one adapter for European wiring. It is the Trailer Connector Adapter for Land Rover - 7-Way, Round Pin, European Style to 4-Way Flat # 118710. This will allow your bike rack US 4-way wiring to work.
We do not have the adapter for the alternate wiring.
