Air Bag Kit and Torklift Tie Down Recommendation for 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 6-1/2 ft Bed
Question:
Hi, Im looking to purchase a cab over camper for my 2014 Chevy Silverado crew cab, it is a z71, with a 6.6 bed.. I was told that I should install an airbag system for the rear end. Im wondering what the experts recommend as far as what make of campers are out there for a 1500.... I wish I would have planned ahead, and purchased a 2500HD... Im going to need tie downs, and any other accessories... I guess Im also wondering if my truck engine will pull the weight with no problem.

For your 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 we have the Firestone kit part # F2430 which is a confirmed fit and would work well for additional suspension support with the camper. You may also be interested in the compressor kit part # F2158 will make maintaining and inflating the bags easy.
For camper tie downs we have the Torklift Custom Set part numbers # TLC2217 and # TLC3214 which is a confirmed fit for your truck. For turnbuckles you'd then want the Fastgun set part # TLS9529-2-LK which will work very well.
