Will this product Reese Sway-Control Bracket for 2inch Ball Mounts - Class III and IVFit on the “Max Tow Adjustable Height Ball Mount”?

Yes, the Reese Sway-Control Bracket part # RP26003 will work with the MaxxTow Adjustable-Height Ball Mount MT70067. The only thing I suggest is using a hitch ball with an extended shank like part # 40038 for 2" or part # C40007 for 2-5/16".
If you are also looking for the friction sway bar to attach to this bracket then I recommend the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit part # 83660. I have attached a review/install video of this system for you as well.
