The first thing I suggest is to confirm the combined weight of your two kayaks; this will allow you to verify that the truck's roof has the needed capacity for that weight load plus that of a roof rack and rack-mount kayak carrier like the multi-kayak Thule Stacker # TH830. Using this single carrier might help with the total weight since it handles up to 4 boats but weighs only about 8-lbs. You can then compare this to the roof weight capacity noted in your GM owner's manual.

Roof racks for your 2010 GMC Sierra crew cab with bare roof are shown on the linked page. The roof rack options include square, round, rectangular and Aero-style crossbar shapes from makers including Thule, Rhino-Rack and others. Many crossbar lengths are available.

The value leader in my opinion is the Rhino-Rack system made of parts # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK227. This is a 54-inch aero bar rack rated for 165-lbs.

I also linked our page for all roof-mount kayak carriers as well as a helpful article. One item I might suggest is a simple lightweight folding step like # TE97FR which comes fully-assembled yet which instantly gives you about a foot of extra reach for easier loading of the boats.
