Parts Needed to Install Brake Controller and 7-Way in 2004 Ford E-350
Question:
I have a van without a prerigged plug and pay connection for a trailer wiring harness. I want to hook up a 7 pin harness. Do they make a 7 pin taillight kit? If so what do I connect the blue wire brake to and the black aux power to. I dont have an electric brake controller in the van. I have a 5 pin plug on my boat trailer. Im gonna put an adapter in my 7 pin. Let me know the best option.

You will need to start with a 4-way (if you do not have one). For that you would want the # C56020.
From there you would need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller. For that you will want the Brake Controller Install Kit and 7-Way Adapter part # ETBC7. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product as well.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
