Replacement Brake Controller to Replace Tekonsha Voyager that Stopped Working with Override

Question:

Manual switch not working. I probed the blue wire with test light. Green light came on and I slid the manual switch left and right. Green light continued to stay on. No red light. Shouldnt I get a red light when I move the manual switched? Light stays green when regular braking is applied. Should it turn orange or red when brakes are applied?

Sounds like your Tekonsha Voyager part # 39510 has an internal problem and would need to be replaced since the manual override lever isn't applying the brakes.

This is a proportional brake controller that senses the amount of braking the tow vehicle is applying and applies a proportionate amount to the trailer brakes.
