Does Rear Wheels of 2018 Ford F-350 Need to be Removed to Install 5th Wheel Rail Kit

Just remove the spare is all I needed to do.

I attached the install instructions for the Reese fifth wheel rail kit part # RP56017-53. It doesn't mention specifically that the wheels have to come off to install the kit but it will make it a bit easier to access everything.
