What is the Mounting Tab Spacing of Reese Elite Series Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch RP30845
Question:
I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 with what I believe to be the elite series under bed puck rails no label visible, and am looking for the puck spacing dimensions of this hitch. My puck spread is 13inch front to back and 30inch side to side. I am hoping to use my existing puck system with this type of gooseneck adapter, as I already have a fifth wheel hitch that does fit.

Helpful Expert Reply:
For the aftermarket Reese Elite under bed puck systems the pucks are spaced 13 inches apart front to back on center and 30 inches apart side to side on center which is what Gooseneck Adapter # RP30845 measures as well. So it does sound like you have the Elite system in your truck and can use # RP30845.
I can verify this if there is a part number on your hitch but I am confident that you have the Elite system.
