Will Camper Tie Downs, # TDSF Fit a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500

Will these tie downs fit a 2004 Dodge 1500 Quad cab 4x4 pick up? I have read were stake pocket tie downs will damage the bed. Is this true?

The Camper Tie Downs, # TDSF, are a universal fit item. Except those trucks listed in the product description, they should fit your 2004 Dodge Ram 1500.
I have not heard of stake pocket mount tie downs damaging the truck. If they were used beyond there ability and/or on a camper that is too large for the vehicle, I could see how damage could occur.
Another option are the Camper Hold Downs, # HSSF. These hold downs mount to the bed side rather than in the stake pockets.
For either set, you can use Camper Tie Down Hardware Package, # TDHP.
