The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # TASR7KS01 referenced in your question is a great system and an excellent choice when building a trailer like you are. This Axle-Less system will provide a smooth, quiet ride and can eliminate the need for a thru axle. It can fit any frame size and its EZ Lube spindles allow for easy bearing maintenance. It has a weight capacity of 7,000 pounds.
From there, the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 42866UC3-EZ that you mentioned will work perfectly to fit the spindles that the Timbren system provides. The bearings and seal dimensions that the hub uses matches up to the spindle and its 7,000 pound capacity is exactly what you need.
Then, the etrailer Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA you mentioned will again work perfectly with the above mentioned parts. These 12 inch assemblies are compatible with the Dexter Hubs and they feature the same 5 bolt pattern as the brake flange on the Timbren Axle-Less System. Both the Left Hand and Right Hand Assemblies are included in this kit.
Lastly, the Castle Rock ST235/80R16 Radial Tire w/ 16 Inch Silver Mod Wheel # LHACK133 will work very nicely for your tire and wheels. The radial tire has a maximum load of 3,520 pounds at 80 psi and an excellent speed rating of 75 mph. The silver mod wheel it is mounted on features the same 8 on 6-1/2 inch bolt pattern as the above Dexter Hubs so they will work great.
All of these parts are compatible and will work perfectly together. I have attached video demonstrations on the products mentioned that you can also check out.
