Recommended Tire Chains for 2007 Toyota 4Runner

Question:

Hi, Im looking for a recommendation on chains/cables for a 07 4Runner Ltd, 4WD, with the stock 265/60R18 tires. Any suggestions? We tend to wander over the Pacific NW, could be deepish snow to more of a snow/ice mix. Thanks!

We have a nice selection of tire chains and cables that are confirmed to fit the 265/60R18 tires on your 2007 Toyota 4Runner.

I recommend taking a look at the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains # TC2828CAM. These chains feature V-bar studs that will give you superior traction when wandering over the Pacific NW and the ladder pattern will assist with starts and stops in the snow. The cam tighteners let you easily adjust the fit for simple installation. 2 tire chains are included, along with a reusable canvas storage bag.

I have attached a video demonstration on these tire chains so you can see exactly how they install.

I did take a look at the online owner's manual for your 2007 Toyota 4Runner and the only specific recommendation it listed regarding the use of chains was that they should only be installed on the rear tires.
