Recommended 4-Bike Rack on 2017 Buick Enclave That is Easy to Use
Question:
I have a 2017 Buick Enclave, FWD. I am a petite woman. How easy/hard it is to install and remove this bike rack? Thank you!

Assuming you have a 2" hitch receiver such as the Draw-Tite # 75528 on your 2017 Buick Enclave, the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR is not difficult to install, requiring you only slide the rack's shank in your hitch receiver. However, it does weigh 40 lbs, and though you may be more than able to handle a rack that heavy without any difficulty, there are lighter options available that are going to be easier for anyone to carry.
A lightweight 4-bike hanging rack similar to the Hitching Post Pro in price point is the Saris Bones # SA884. This rack weighs just 22 lbs, fits 2" trailer hitch receviers and has a weight capacity of 35 lbs per bike. It uses arched arms for optimal ground clearance, has folding arms for when you are not carrying bikes, and also tilts so you can access your Enclave's rear cargo area with the rack still attached. To protect your investment it is strongly recommended you use Hitch Tite Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Saris Bike Racks # SA3022 so secure the rack to your hitch as well as Saris Cable Lock # SA981 to secure your bikes to the rack.
Additionally, when using a hanging rack like the Saris Bones, it's possible you'll need bike frame adapter bar # SA3040 if your bike is dual-suspension, has a step-through frame or you want to carry a small children's bike. The bar will give those bikes a horizontal mounting point so they can be carried by the rack. I've added a link to a video review of the adapter so you can see exactly how it works, as well as links to reviews of the Saris for you to check out.
