The Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow 7-, 5- and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # HM48470 includes a metal mounting bracket to allow attachment to the underside of a mounting surface. The Pollak 7-way socket 12-705E that you referenced we do not carry but the similar Pollak part # PK12-707E has 4 mounting holes spaced apart 2-1/4-inches side-to-side x 1-1/2-inches top-to-bottom, measured on hole centers.
Although many such parts have common hole dimensions there can be slight variances between brands and different production runs. In some instances you might need to enlarge one or more of the mounting holes.
