Charger Recommendation for Charging 2 6 Volt Batteries in Parallel on Trailer

Question:

Thank you for your response. I realize after asking my question that I miss spoke. I meant to say that the batteries ( 2 6v batteries ) are run in series to make 12v not parallel. My apologies about my confusion... So the same question is in play but just with the batteries in series not parallel ...

6 volt batteries ran in parallel will have an output of 6 volts so you'd just need a 6 volt battery charger like CTEK # CTEK56191 connected to the battery in parallel and you'd be set.

Thank you for the response. I am looking to address the same setup. My question is that the referenced charger appears to be rated at 150 AH. My trojan t-105's are rated at 225 AH. Thoughts? - thanks!

The CTEK Charger # CTEK56353 is actually rated for 225 Ah batteries so it will work perfectly.

In that case you'd want a 12 volt charger like the CTEK part # CTEK56353 and you'd be set! I've included a link to the charge time chart to give you an idea of what charge times to expect from this charger based on the Ah rating of your battery.
