The Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop/Rise # 325-GH-1224 is a great option for a smooth ride when towing. If you are wanting to use it with a weight distribution system it will work together, but that will give you two moving parts which may not give you the feel you are looking for. You would be better off using the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop/Rise - 10K # 325-GH-414 with a weight distribution system or using the torsion ball mount with suspension enhancement for your vehicle.
Personally, I recommend the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # 325-GH-414 along with the Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w Sway Control # RP66084 to help with sway control. This system is rated for total tongue weights between 600 and 1,200 lbs which includes the loaded trailer tongue weight as well as any cargo behind the rear axle of your Sierra. You will also want hitch ball # A-90 for a 2 inch ball or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch diameter ball.
If you prefer the torsion hitch # 325-GH-1224, then let me know if your Sierra is a 1500, 2500, or 3500 and if it is 2WD or 4WD and I'll be happy to give you a recommendation for suspension enhancement to reduce sag and stabilize your truck.
