Do Firestone Air Bags Cause a Stiff Ride with No Load in a 2010 Toyota Tundra
Question:
I have a 2010 Tundra 2x. Does this product change the driving experience while not under load? I notice Theres a required 5psi kept in the airbags. Curious how this would affect ordinary driving.

Unlike other helper springs using air bags such as # F2445 on your 2010 Toyota Tundra will not have much impact on the unloaded ride quality. This is because you have the ability to make the ride stiffer by adding more air or softer by removing air (down to 5psi minimum as you said).
Some people will say that air bags won't allow the full travel of the stock suspension. True or not I haven't had customers complain to me about that so it must not be much of an issue.
