Can the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HR1400Z 4-Bike Bike Rack be Used on a Motorhome

Can this hitch fit a 38 foot Fleetwood Discovery with standard 2 inch hitch I dont see any reason why not?

As long as the 2" hitch receiver on your 2001 Fleetwood Discovery Motorhome is rated for the 74 lbs of the 4-bike rack version plus the additional 180 lbs of bikes (45 lbs per bike) then you are good to go. The only other thing to be sure of is that you have less than 12" of clearance from the center of your hitch pin hole to the rearmost part of your motorhome to ensure clearance.

I spoke with my contact at Hollywood Racks who confirmed that the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HR1400Z can be used on your motorhome, but they do recommend utilizing some support straps like part # 18050 to help keep the bike rack stable.

Typically bike rack manufacturers shy away from verifying the use of their bike racks on anything but a passenger vehicle due to the extra stressed caused by the trailer hitch being further away from the rear axle. My contact said that if any cracks or damage were to happen to the Sport Rider SE that they would cover it under warranty.
