How do Roadmaster Base Plates Mount to a 1992 Honda Accord

I am thinking about the roadmaster tow base plate for 1992 honda accord and I want to know how it mounts? what exactly does it bolt to? do I need to cut the factory spoiler? help! thanks!

For the 1992 Honda Accord, I recommend going with the base plates, # 1526-1, because they have removable drawbars for when you are not towing the vehicle. It is important note that these plates will work if your have a Coupe or Sedan.
The base plate attaches to the vehicle frame. A connection to the frame is needed to safely flat tow the vehicle. It is possible that you will need to trim the spoiler, air dam, grille or plastic fascia on the vehicle in order to complete the installation and for proper fit.
