Can Curt T-Connector 4-Way C55384 Power Tailgate Lightbar While 7-Way Powers Boat Trailer Lights
Question:
If I have this hooked up and use the 4way adapter for a tailgate light bar and plug my boat trailer into the 7 pin will it mess with my new led boat trailer lights? Like make them not work properly because the tailgate light bar is plugged into the adapor?

You would not have any issue using the 4-way adapter part # C55384 as a way to power your tailgate lightbar while your 7-way powers the boat trailer lights. This is a common solution for your setup that would work just fine. Your boat trailer having LED lights would mean they draw considerably less too so you wouldn't have an amperage draw issue either.
