Can Gooseneck Hitch Be Installed on a 1995 F-350 7.3 Dually with Air Lift Air Bags Installed
Question:
I have a ‘95 F350 dually, 7.3 Supercab, that we put the Airlift 5000 system on. Will this gooseneck system work with the airbags installed?

Expert Reply:
No, the Air Lift frame brackets are in the location on the truck frame that the gooseneck hitch frame brackets need. This is going to be the case for any of the gooseneck trailer hitches for your 1995 Ford F-350.
You could replace the air bags with a different helper spring system. If the truck does NOT have top overload springs you can use RoadActive Suspension # RAS3611-HD. For a similar option you could use SuperSprings # SSA22 which will work with or without top overload springs.
You could also use Timbren springs # TFR350SDE since they mount to the bottom of the frame. With any of the above options you will be able to install gooseneck trailer hitch # C60723.
