The Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # RP30047 is not recommended for short bed trucks unless you will be using a Sidewinder or Revolution pin box. You will want a sliding hitch like # RP30051 to ensure you have the turning clearance you need.
For your base rails, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50081-58. This is a custom fit for your 2010 Ford F-150 and will require no drilling into your frame.
You may also want to consider using the wiring harness # 50-97-410 for a second 7-way in the bed of your truck. This will give you an easy connection for a clean look.
