Solution for Mounting Spare Wheel and Tire on Camper Bumper that is 1 inch Wide by 3.5 inch Tall

Hi — I’m looking for a solution to mount a spare tire carrier to my pop up camper’s bumper. The bumper is 1” wide x 3.5” tall. The tire is a 5 on 4.5” pattern. Are there any carriers that would fit this? Thanks,

The only solution we'd have would be a weld on application like the part # 413200 since none of our bolt on carriers will fit bumpers with the same dimensions as yours.
