Typically it's the fifth wheel hitch that is responsible for chucking and bouncing. A looser fitting jaw to the king pin of the pin box is the number one reason for chucking.

But for a hitch with an excellent jaw design The B and W Patriot part # BWRVK3200 would be a great option. Then for a wedge to fit the hitch to your Reese Revolution the # SWW-06 would be the correct product.

For the Revolution Pin Box on your Trailer, Reese recommends that you frequently lubricate the wedge surfaces, back side of the king pin and the skid plate surface. The bearing surfaces of the Revolution arm can also be lubricated if they are stiff. You should not use a lube plate with this Pin Box.

You can also apply a light coating of all purpose grease like the LubriMatic White Lithium Grease # L11354 to the skid plate and jaw of your Reese Titan Hitch. This should go a long way to helping reduce the metal to metal squeaking you are experiencing.
