There is some replacement hardware for CIPA towing mirrors depending on the model you have. For the CIPA towing mirrors we carry that fit a 1996 Ford F-350 the only replacement we carry is Replacement Hardware For CIPA Mirror # CM11002, which is a replacement for CIPA 1100 models such as the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM11000-2 that are a fit for your F-350. If this is the model you have it will work for you; if it is not please let me know which model CIPA mirrors you have and I'll try and find a replacement for you.
I've added a photo showing you the dimensions of the replacement hardware for you as well.
