Will Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack Fit 2018 Ford Escape
Question:
Is there anything I need to get other than the Bike Rack? Do I have to get something more to attach to car?

The Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack # TH9058 referenced in your question is an excellent hitch-mounted rack. The only thing you will need on your Ford Escape is a trailer hitch receiver that this will mount to. This particular bike rack is compatible with both 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch receivers, so as long as you have a hitch installed, this will work great regardless of its size.
If you do not yet have a trailer hitch on the vehicle, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Round Tube Receiver Hitch # 75758. This Class III hitch is confirmed to fit your Ford Escape and will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. This hitch will work very well with the Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack.
This hanging style carrier will secure 2 bikes that have a maximum combined weight of 75 pounds. It does include a built-in anti-rattle pin that will secure the rack to your trailer hitch, but you can also add the Snug Tite Hitch Lock # THSTL2 to further secure your investment and help deter theft.
One additional item you may need is an adapter bar like the Kuat # UB01 if you plan on carrying any children's, woman's, or alternative frame bikes. This will provide a horizontal attachment point for level transport and improved ground clearance. I have attached a video demonstration on this product so you can see exactly how it works and why it might be needed.
I have attached an installation video on your vehicle that you can use for reference.
