Does Rhino Rack Roof Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars Fit 2017 Ford Explorer with Flush Rails

I am looking at the rhino rack vortex aero crossbars RRVA137S-2 but I wasn’t sure what feet I needed because, while I do have rails, it is one solid piece, meaning there is no space in between the car and the rail.
