Once tied into the power door locks will the anti theft alarm work like all the other locks do. My locking tailgate is wired in so will the tanneau also be activated?

While the Pop & Lock Power Lock Conversion Kit # PAL9772 does tie into your vehicle's power locks and allows it to unlock and lock with key FOB it does not connect to the alarm system in any way so it would not set off the alarm like if someone were to manually unlock your door with the system armed.
