We have the Reese Pole-Tongue Adapter for Weight Distribution Systems # RP58393 or the Pole-Tongue Adapter for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems # EQ95-01-5950 both of which are compatible with 3x5 inch tongue. The Reese system mounts 29 inches back from the hitch ball and the Equal-I-zer adapter will mount 27-32 inches back from the hitch ball.
For an Equal-I-zer, you will want the # EQ37140ET. You will also need a thin walled socket like # EQ70-00-4800 or # ALL643216 to attach the included hitch ball.
For the Reese system, I recommend the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion # RP66561. This system will also require a hitch ball like # C40030.
