We have all sorts of trailer connectors for both vehicles and trailers.
For a 7-way blade-style vehicle socket we offer # 37185. This is a combination 4-pole and 7-way vehicle socket that has a 4-pole plug to connect to standard 4-pole wiring, or the plug can be cut off to allow hard-wired installation. You can refer to the linked article for help in how to wire the pigtail leads by function. For a socket without pigtail leads that uses screw terminals you can use part # HM48470.
If your truck has a round U.S. Car type connector like what is shown in the linked photo then you can use part # HM40975.
