Adapter To Plug Into Trailers 7-Blade
Question:
My vehicle has a standard four way flat plug. My trailer has a 7 blade round plug. female. What wiring adapter do I use?. FYI, the trailer uses all the connections except the blue brake.

The product needed is the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller 7-Way # ETBC7. This is designed for use on a vehicle with an existing four-way flat trailer connector to connect to your trailer's 7-way to operate your trailer's brakes. You can also use # PK12716 if you don't need the reverse lights.
If you are in the market for a brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195. You don't have to connect the brake wire but everything else will function.
