For a 5th wheel trailer that weighs 13K you will want to use a hitch rated for at least 16K. This will both give you a good safety margin and also allow you to use a hitch with some of the nicer features usually found only on higher-rated hitches.
If you have a short-bed truck you will need to use a slider hitch like the Pro Series 16K PS30857 which offers 10-inches of slider travel; or the USA-made Curt 16K Slider # C16521 which has 12-inches of travel for even more turning clearance. Between these two I would go for the USA-made Curt.
If your truck is a long bed then you do not need a slider hitch and can use a fixed hitch like the Curt # C16120.
Links to hitches for each bed size are provided for you. All hitches will fit into industry-standard bed rails like yours. If you need an in-bed wiring harness you can use # 50-97-410.
