Will Convert-A-Ball Step Gate Fit with a Hard Tonneau Cover on a 2017 Ford F-150 Short Bed

Would I be able to install/use a Convert-A-Ball Step Gate - Universal Truck Tailgate Step if I had a hard tonneau cover on my Ford F-150 4 Door Crew Cab Short Bed truck?

It depends on the design of the Tonneau cover. If there is any mechanism to open the cover right at the very end of the cover where it meets the tailgate then Convert-A-Ball Step Gate # CAB-SG-2R won't fit. But if that area is clear then it likely will work.

Another option for your 2017 Ford F-150 is Bestop step # B7530815. It won't fit if your truck has the 5-1/2 foot bed so for those models you would instead use # B7541515.
